Guildox is preparing for Warlords Raiding
Until raids open on Warlords of Draenor, Guildox has suspended guild and character updates.
We will be back shortly before raiding starts with a brand new site, a new look, and lots of
exciting features. In the meantime... happy leveling!

|GuildOx Launches Alt Detection||2 years ago|
|While the recent addition of account-wide achievements caused a few challenges for us here at GuildOx, it also brought its fair share of new opportunity. We are proud to announce the addition of cross-realm "Alt Detection" to our character pages. Alt detection has many uses, including validating claims and providing extra insight into applicants when recruiting new guild members.|
Check out an example from my handsome warrior.
If you don't want your alts to be known then it can be disabled by going into the game, selecting Interface/Display and then checking the "Display Only Character Achievements to Others".
Note that you must actively log into your alts in the game for this detection to work - account-wide achievements are refreshed when a character logs in and out of the game.

|Dragon Soul Difficulty Change 35%||2 years ago|
During our server maintenance this week, the “Power of the Aspects” spell grew more powerful, reducing the health and damage dealt of all enemies in the Dragon Soul raid by 35%. This spell has grown progressively stronger over time to reduce difficulty and make the encounters more accessible. The spell will affect both normal and Heroic difficulties. It will not affect the Raid Finder difficulty.
If you don’t need the help of the Dragon Aspects, the spell can be disabled by talking to Lord Afrasastrasz at the beginning of Dragon Soul.
We hope you continue to enjoy Dragon Soul, and that these changes encourage you to attempt a higher difficulty, or just keep pushing to take down that next boss.source

|PvP Season 11 Ending||2 years ago|
Arena and Rated Battleground Season 11 is scheduled to end on Wednesday, August 29. At that point, we will determine who is eligible for the end-of-season rewards, a process that should take approximately one week. It's very important for players who feel that they may be eligible for Arena titles and/or the Cataclysmic Gladiator’s Twilight Drake to refrain from transferring their characters to another realm or faction until after Season 11 ends. The awarding of Season 11 titles and mounts will occur approximately 1 week after the season ends.
At the end of the season, Conquest Points will be converted to Honor Points, possibly exceeding the 4,000 point Honor cap. There will be no cap on Honor until Mists of Pandaria is released on September 25. At that time, any Honor accrued above the 4,000-point cap will be converted into gold at a rate of 35 silver per point.
All Season 11 items will cost Honor Points (equivalent to their previous Conquest Point cost) when the season ends, with the exception of any items with rating requirements attached. These items will no longer be available for purchase.
The next Arena and Rated Battleground season will begin for level-90 players approximately one week after Mists of Pandaria launches. During the break between seasons, all Rated Battleground and Arena matches will be unavailable. Matchmaking (MMR), Team, and Personal Ratings will all be wiped when Season 12 begins.
